Pre-Quoted Trip Price Disclaimer
K & K Adventures Travel makes every effort to ensure that all Pre-Quoted Trip information is consistently kept up to date and accurate. All rates are checked/updated weekly for accuracy. However, due to the nature of the travel industry, prices do fluctuate. A Pre-Quoted Trip price is NOT FINAL AND MAY FLUCTUATE. The final price will be locked in at the time of your Trip Deposit payment. Additionally, travel suppliers/venders are all tentative until Trip Deposit is made. The specific travel supplier/vendor may change depending upon availability but will always be of comparable style and quality.
Payment Plan & Late Payment Policy
Depending upon the details of your trip, a payment plan may be available after your initial deposit.Your final payment due date will be communicated with you at the time of your deposit and is based upon the individual travel suppliers/vendors policies. If you opt for a payment plan, your monthly invoice will be sent to you via email 7-10 business days prior to the 1st of the month. You must make at least your minimum payment by the 1st of each month until paid in full. You may pay in full at any time and your payment plan obligations will terminate upon complete payment. You will have a 5-day grace period. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $10 late fee will be assessed. If two (2) consecutive payments are missed entirely (i.e. not received by the last day of any month), your trip will be cancelled and the K & K Adventures Travel Cancellation Fee of $85 will be assessed (please review the complete Cancellation Policy below). Please note, you may also be subject to loss of your deposit and funds from prior payments depending upon individual travel suppliers (i.e. hotels, airlines, etc.) and/or vendors (i.e. excursions and special event support such as DJs, caterers, photographers, etc.) polices. Please be sure to review your travel documents for the individual cancellation polices of each travel supplier/vendor. Also, if you purchased travel insurance, be sure to read your travel insurance policy in detail to see if any of your cancellation fees and/or lost deposits/payments can be reimbursed to you through insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Upon paying your deposit, you are considered officially "booked" for your trip even if you are on a payment plan. At this point, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the primary traveler's email address (i.e. whomever was listed as "Traveler #1"on the Booking/Quote Request Form) on file to bookings@kandkadventurestravel.com. You must note "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. If you cancel your trip after your deposit has been paid, K & K Adventures Travel will charge your credit card on file an $85 Cancellation Fee. Please note, this Cancellation Fee will also be applied to trips cancelled due to non-payment and violation of the Payment Plan & Late Payment Policy (please review the complete Payment Plan & Late Payment Policy above). The Cancellation Fee may only be waived in rare and specialized situations such as traveler hospitalization and/or death a traveler or death of an immediate family member of the traveler immediately preceding travel departure. Please note, this fee is in addition to any cancellation fees charged by the individual travel suppliers (i.e. hotels, airlines, etc.) and/or vendors (i.e. excursians and special event support such as DJs, caterers, photographers, etc.) and the aforementioned consessions to the fee may not apply to the travel suppliers/vendors. Please be sure to review your travel documents for the individual cancellation polices of each travel supplier/vendor. Also, if you purchased travel insurance, be sure to read your travel insurance policy in detail to see if any of your cancellation fees and/or lost deposits/payments can be reimbursed to you through insurance.
Booking/Quote Requests Terms and Conditions
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your getaway, K & K Adventures Travel charges a non-refundable research fee. The research being conducted requires an extensive amount of time, effort, and resources to provide an up-to-day and accurate quote for your ideal vacation!
Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries and more. The itineraries we provide detail your vacation plans and travel arrangements so that it will give you a peace of mind on top of saving you time.

Quote Timelines and Expectations
For Pre-Quoted and Custumized Individual Quotes:
Your quote will be sent to you via the email address you provided within 48 hours of submission of this form and payment of the non-refundable research fee. Your quote will then be valid and bookable for 48 hours after itinerary has been sent to you.
For Customized Group Quotes and Special Event Quotes:
Your quote will be sent to you via the email address you provided within 5-7 business days of submission of this form and payment of the non-refundable research fee.
For Custumized Group Quotes: Your quote will then be valid and bookable for 48 hours after itinerary has been sent to you.
For Special Event Quotes: Your quote will then be valid and bookable for 7 business days after the itenerary has been sent to you. Please Note: Vendor prices fluctuate daily so there may be rate changes if you wait after the initial 48 hours to book.
For All Quotes:
The non-refundable research fee will provide you:
· Three (3) itinerary and package searches to find the best quotes for your travel needs. They will be organized as "Good", "Better", and "Best" to allow you maximum choices when deciding upon your travel experience;
· Upon booking, pre-trip travel tips, travel document assistance, and advisories;
· Email/phone assistance during your travel; and,
· Post-trip follow-up.
